In my practice, I treat my clients as whole human beings — Not just symptoms and diagnoses.

Who i am

I am a fully licensed clinical social worker, and I’ve been practicing therapy for 6 years. I prioritize treating my clients with unconditional empathy, validation, and respect. I strive to empower my clients to achieve their own goals and live their best life. I practice from a person-in-environment perspective, where I aim to not only help my clients gain coping skills and emotional intelligence, but also to enhance their support systems and relationships, remove systemic barriers to them, and advocate for their rights. Taking action on all of these fronts is the key to truly building well-being and resilience, and this approach is foundational to my practice.

Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. It’s simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message of ‘You’re not alone.’
